This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Promote Dexcom products within a designated geographic area and/or specific accounts to meet or exceed established sales objectives.
• Strive to achieve individual sales goals within a geographic region by acquiring new customers and/or enhancing existing accounts.
• Tasked with building, nurturing, and fortifying long-term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers.
• Develop and execute market development plans and strategies, facilitate education on the company's products and services, and support business activities.
• Organize product demonstrations, plan and implement sales activities, and provide continuous sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, and identifying customer opportunities.
• Proactively seek initiatives and execution tools that ensure and maximize growth in product penetration.
• Offer insights on marketing intelligence to sales and marketing management teams.
• Handle and address customer concerns and issues effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diabetes or a related field with a proven history of achieving targets and delivering results.
• Demonstrated success within the healthcare environment.
• Strong experience in data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Must possess effective communication skills in Arabic.
