• Take charge of all sales activities within the designated territory, encompassing new business, current customers, and channel partners.
• Proactively seek out new opportunities while maintaining a steady focus on ongoing sales and small-to-medium-sized projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with end users, systems integrators, distributors, and architects, engineers, and consultants (ACE) within the territory.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue complex video security opportunities that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Implement strategies to meet vertical targets set by Vertical Sales Managers and provide consistent updates on project progress.
• Maintain rigorous opportunity management and deliver timely status reports using approved sales tools (e.g., Blue Sheets).
• Work closely with Regional Directors and Vertical Sales Managers to ensure territory execution aligns with vertical strategies.
• Travel within the territory (70%) as necessary to support customer meetings, partner engagement, and critical opportunities.
• A High School diploma is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, ideally with a manufacturer, is required.
• Industry affiliations and certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, substantial industry and product knowledge, along with the ability to effectively generate and close business are essential.
• Requires 50-70% travel and necessitates that the individual resides within the district they represent.
