This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Attain both quarterly and annual revenue objectives along with pipeline growth goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for territory growth, monitoring progress through CRM and other tools.
• Partner with the marketing team to carry out lead generation and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Alpha’s products to aid customer decision-making, including demonstrations supported by Application Engineering.
• Keep track of market trends to discover new accounts and opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of global key account strategies at customer locations within the designated territory.
• Assess and report on the performance of sales agents/distributors and their commission structures.
• Deliver precise and timely forecasts for territory sales, outlining expected business outcomes.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, which may include sales quotes and product information.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a technical degree is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English at a business level is mandatory.
• Fluency in Spanish at a business level is preferred.
• Familiarity with polymer and rubber markets is advantageous.
• Experience in selling highly technical capital equipment is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales and account management is required.
• Prior experience in selling software solutions is a bonus.
• International sales experience is an additional asset.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities are necessary.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to achieve results are essential.
