This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Propel customer acquisition and foster growth in Guadalajara.
• Create and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at maximizing impact and scalability.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle—from identifying potential clients to finalizing high-impact agreements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, replicate successful playbooks, and take full responsibility for the success of your territory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting within B2B settings.
• Demonstrated experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
• Skilled in managing sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Hubspot).
• Strong abilities in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• In-depth knowledge of pipeline management and BANT qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
