This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Manage a significant portfolio of channel partners by identifying, recruiting, and empowering those with the drive and capability to promote Nextiva’s top-tier CX and collaboration solutions.
• Develop and implement territory strategies that foster partner-driven pipeline, revenue growth, and sustained success through effective segmentation, prioritization, and customized go-to-market strategies.
• Establish clear expectations and shared goals with partners, ensuring they have access to enablement resources, marketing assistance, and technical tools necessary for their success.
• Work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams to fully equip partners to effectively sell and deliver Nextiva solutions.
• Maintain strong alignment with Channel Sales and field sales leadership, providing consistent pipeline forecasting and surpassing territory revenue targets.
• Conduct insightful partner business reviews, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance partner performance, accelerate growth, and identify new opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advocate and escalation point for partners, ensuring that internal stakeholders consider and respond to partner feedback and market insights.
• Utilize advanced AI-driven insights to pinpoint high-potential partners, whitespace opportunities, and risks, converting data into actionable strategies for engagement and growth.
• Collaborate internally to continuously enhance data quality and system usability (e.g., Salesforce), facilitating improved AI-driven decision-making and partner success.
• Minimum of 2 years of channel sales experience, preferably in the CCaaS/CX industry.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and retain strategic partners with a measurable impact on partner-driven growth.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner business and marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a strong grasp of partner economics.
• Ability to adapt, work independently, and collaborate effectively; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Energetic professional who is organized, analytical, and driven by strategic growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for managing partner relationships, analyzing pipeline health, and tracking sales performance.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to assess partner performance metrics (such as win rates, revenue trends, and pipeline opportunities) and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for strategic territory planning and partner prioritization.
