This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitating ongoing growth for Neat by pinpointing potential new customers
• Utilizing your regional network to discover new business opportunities, participating in events, and serving as an ambassador for Neat
• Assessing territory and vertical prospects, taking complete ownership of the strategic direction for your area
• Staying informed about market trends, understanding the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities
• Providing valuable market insights to the product and development teams, offering a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on regional opportunities
• Serving as a reliable colleague within your team, offering mentorship and coaching
• Defining, designing, and refining our sales processes to ensure Neat is prepared for the next phase of our hyper-growth.
• Significant experience in executing effective sales practices
• Regional experience with customers in the Enterprise sector
• Familiarity with video conferencing is advantageous, though not mandatory
• Proven experience in scaling a rapidly growing technology business is essential
• Ability to design strategic go-to-market plans
• History of developing new business, with a successful track record in expanding new business sectors.
