This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue growth through both new and existing accounts.
• Strategically plan, develop, and implement the sales strategy at both national and regional levels.
• Assume ownership and management of assigned key and strategic accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while enhancing customer penetration.
• Create and execute plans aimed at achieving year-over-year revenue growth for strategic accounts.
• Identify and secure new strategic accounts to foster new business opportunities.
• Encourage cross-selling of Ironclad products within the assigned accounts.
• Assess and recommend new product lines as necessary.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enable and execute geographic expansion strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Ironclad.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial, petrochemical, or containment box sectors is required.
• At least 3 years of field sales experience at the regional or national level is mandatory.
• Proven track record in effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from managers, clients, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is essential.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications is required.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and nurturing new accounts.
• Capability to manage accounts efficiently within an assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight within the designated territory.
• Regular travel and entry into customer sites, with potential exposure to odors, fumes, and dust, will be necessary.
