This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• In the role of a Verathon Sales Representative, you will effectively oversee business operations within your designated territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® and CFlex™ product lines.
• You will implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on sales opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• Your responsibilities will include generating new business and sustaining existing accounts by comprehending customer needs, establishing rapport, and influencing clients through presentations that provide innovative solutions to their challenges.
• You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, such as Clinical Nursing staff, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• You will achieve a high volume of sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• You will project your business potential to ensure your sales pipeline aligns with the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• You will stay informed about new industry and market trends that enable you to adjust to changes in market demand and strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds is required.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• You must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.
• Residency within the territory is necessary, with a preference for candidates in the Seattle area.
• The position requires approximately 6-8 nights of overnight travel per month to cover the territory, which includes WA and OR.
• Travel outside the assigned territory for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training may be required as needed.
• Base Salary: $70,000.
• Additional Commission Potential: $70,000-$90,000 (The estimated variable incentive (commission) for this position falls within this range. Actual commission may vary based on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions will be pro-rated based on the start date and quota).
