This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Business Management: As a Sales Representative at Verathon, you will strategically oversee the operations in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® and CFlex™ product lines.
• Implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on sales opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• Be a Trusted Partner: Cultivate new business and sustain existing relationships by comprehending customer needs, fostering rapport, and influencing clients through effective presentations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Achieve and Surpass Revenue Targets by driving a high volume of sales activities through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market data to adjust to changes in market demand and strategy.
• Engage in strategic business planning and execution while providing accurate and comprehensive sales reports to leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is necessary.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and carrying up to 25 pounds.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccination).
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.
• Residence within the territory is required, with a preference for candidates in the Seattle area.
• Overnight travel is required for 6-8 nights per month, on average, to cover the territory, which includes WA and OR.
• Travel outside the assigned territory may be required for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training, as necessary.
• Base Salary: $70,000.
• Additional Commission Potential: $70,000-$90,000.
