This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Propel business expansion and ensure customer success within the assigned territory.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
• Serve as Halter’s on-site representative.
• Identify new leads through outreach, referrals, industry events, and incoming inquiries.
• Oversee the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Evaluate, qualify, demonstrate the product, and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Sustain customer relationships and guarantee ongoing satisfaction.
• Provide support and address customer challenges effectively.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to customer onboarding and Halter deployment.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive onboarding and deployment process.
• Cultivate relationships with regional agricultural organizations across the beef sector.
• Collect customer feedback and relay field insights to Support, Product, and R&D teams.
• Collaborate with Support to address customer issues and escalate problems as necessary.
• Proven value-based sales experience with a strong track record of creating opportunities, closing deals, and fostering enduring customer relationships.
• Experience in building post-sales value and upselling to enhance partnerships.
• Familiarity with the beef industry or a strong passion for beef operations with a readiness to swiftly learn about farm operations.
• Capability to manage a large territory leveraging critical thinking while balancing sales and customer success.
• Resourcefulness and quick decision-making in overcoming challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
• Must reside in Walgett or Moree.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
