This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +12 more states.
• Offering direction, encouragement, and training to ensure the team achieves or surpasses sales objectives.
• Formulating strategies and goals to propel sales growth and meet revenue expectations.
• Monitoring sales metrics, analyzing data, and creating reports to evaluate both team and individual performance.
• Crafting and executing sales plans, promotions, and initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue and enhancing market presence.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to synchronize strategies and enhance sales processes.
• Creating and overseeing sales budgets, forecasting sales trends, and managing expenses to optimize profit margins.
• Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities or potential challenges to Hubbell’s sales achievements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of pertinent experience (mandatory).
• Proficient in Excel (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends are essential.
• Must be self-driven, responsible, and capable of working autonomously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster customer relations and collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Possess outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.
• Must demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
