This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan for the territory that aligns with brand goals and caters to the specific needs of customers, accounts, and treatment centers in the designated area.
• Establish strong connections with healthcare professionals in hematology/oncology, key accounts, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate disease state education, product preparedness, and patient access for those who could benefit from tirabrutinib.
• Articulate the clinical profile of tirabrutinib, effectively present pivotal trial data, and address both clinical and non-clinical obstacles in a significant manner with customers involved in hematology patient management.
• Recognize opportunities and challenges within the territory regarding patient access, analyze market insights, and leverage those insights to guide territory execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and other field-based colleagues to ensure coordinated execution, launch preparedness, and a smooth experience for both providers and patients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, with at least 5 years in direct sales within malignant hematology.
• Previous experience in rare diseases and/or oral oncolytic markets is highly preferred.
• Capability to comprehend, interpret, and communicate intricate clinical information and pivotal data in a clear, credible, and impactful manner to various oncology stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the sales process, including patient identification, clinical conviction, access and reimbursement issues, and distribution dynamics.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the designated territory as required.
