Territory Manager, EMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for achieving the Territory Sales Quota, managing and expanding the customer base, and controlling expenses while enhancing ZOLL's profitability.

• Responsible for covering the assigned territory by promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) sector, which includes fire departments, ambulance services, and municipal agencies.

• Meet the assigned quotas for sales of hardware and disposables.

• Tasked with developing both short-term and long-term sales strategies for the designated territory, which should involve creating an annual business plan.

• Expected to identify new business opportunities and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential sales to fulfill territory sales goals.

• Required to increase market share by expanding the business within the assigned territory.

• Must provide necessary in-service education to customers.

• Responsible for ensuring that a thorough technical scope review is completed prior to any sale.

• Must keep organized account records, including maintaining account profiles in the company CRM, Salesforce.com.

• Tasked with generating various reports as requested by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree is preferred.

• Relevant work experience will also be taken into consideration.

• A minimum of 3 years of related sales experience is required, with ZOLL experience being preferred.

• Familiarity with ZOLL and competing products is essential.

• Strategic and customer-focused selling capabilities are necessary.

• Professionalism and ethical conduct are expected.

• Strong organizational and territory time management skills are important.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

• Basic technical and clinical knowledge is needed to competently discuss ZOLL products.

• Intermediate computer proficiency is necessary.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
