📋 Description

• As the inaugural Territory Manager in WA at Halter, you will be pivotal in driving business expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.

• Your responsibilities will include implementing sales strategies, cultivating strong relationships with customers, and achieving ambitious growth objectives, all while serving as Halter’s representative in the field.

• This position demands a proactive and hands-on approach, emphasizing both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.

• You will focus daily on efforts that enhance growth performance and deliver value to your customers.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Support, and other regional sales teams, you’ll provide field insights to ensure that Halter’s technology continues to meet the needs of farmers.

• Your efforts will directly contribute to Halter’s mission of enhancing productivity and sustainability across 50% of the world’s habitable landmass.

• Proven experience in developing new business, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
