This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Territory Manager plays a vital role in partnering with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to identify, pursue, and cultivate relationships, secure new business opportunities, and meet business objectives within a designated geographic area.
• Discover new potential clients and establish multiple daily touchpoints through calls, emails, and in-person visits to foster relationships and generate interest.
• Proactively follow up with prospects to sustain engagement and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Accompany the ASM on visits and meetings with prospects to observe, learn, and gain practical experience in sales strategies, relationship building, and closing techniques.
• Organize and coordinate daily meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present solutions, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Support the ASM during customer events, workshops, and tradeshows to represent the company, engage with attendees, and address inquiries for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with the ASM to enter, track, and update all prospect interactions in Salesforce.
• Maintain data accuracy and keep an up-to-date sales pipeline to facilitate informed decision-making and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in all activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or territory management, ideally within the aesthetics sector.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and build effective relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• A self-starter with the discipline to thoroughly cover the assigned sales territory through both cold-calling and lead prospecting efforts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including well-developed presentation abilities to effectively convey the Company’s technology and unique value proposition.
