This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Play a vital role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• Educate healthcare professionals about Mineralys’ offerings.
• Foster trusted relationships with customers.
• Promote product adoption among healthcare providers.
• Meet or exceed territory sales performance objectives.
• Ensure precise territory reporting and maintain CRM documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is preferred, with consideration given to other relevant sales experience.
• Experience in specialty sales, particularly in the cardiometabolic field, is preferred.
• Previous experience with product launches is preferred.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets while cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Solid clinical knowledge and the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively.
• Exceptional skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of succeeding in a dynamic launch environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a readiness to travel within the assigned territory.
