This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee sales and distribution activities within a designated geographic area, including merchandising efforts.
• Effectively promote company initiatives to retail partners, encompassing promotions, inventory oversight, and pricing tactics.
• Implement and promote the 4Ps—presence, pricing, promotion, and product—to customers and adult nicotine consumers.
• Create a localized strategy and business plan aimed at achieving territory goals.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and target both existing and potential retail outlets for product sales opportunities.
• Provide consultation and guidance to retail partners regarding category management and business analytics.
• Enhance business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product positioning, and pre-call planning.
• Develop and/or utilize systems to monitor, measure, and analyze critical initiatives and business metrics.
• Leverage analytical tools to assess market opportunities and evaluate business performance.
• Carry out account management duties for assigned chain and distribution headquarters accounts.
• Cultivate leadership potential through continuous training and impactful experiences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in a marketing-oriented role is preferred, especially in sales, field marketing, or business-to-business settings.
• Skilled in utilizing sales technologies and software such as SalesForce and Tableau to analyze and act on key data insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and build account relationships through cross-functional teamwork.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past three years.
• Reliable vehicle or willingness to acquire a vehicle for daily work use.
• Capability to maintain focus and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Ability to lift weights up to 30 lbs.
• Capability to climb and work at heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet.
• Ability to access and perform tasks in limited or confined spaces.
• Proficient in visually inspecting and manipulating merchandise and advertising displays.
• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Willingness to drive up to 100 miles per day.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of relevant field sales experience is preferred.
