This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Oversee sales and distribution activities within a designated geographic area, including merchandising efforts.
• Promote company initiatives to retail partners, encompassing promotions, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Implement the 4Ps: presence, pricing, promotion, and product.
• Create localized strategies and business plans to achieve territory goals.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and target both existing and potential retail outlets.
• Provide guidance to retail partners on category management and business analytics.
• Enhance business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and pre-call planning.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze progress in relation to key initiatives and business metrics.
• Leverage analytic tools to assess market opportunities and business performance.
• Fulfill account management duties for assigned chain and distribution headquarters accounts.
• Cultivate leadership potential through continuous training and impactful experiences.
• Carry out related responsibilities as assigned within the scope of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience in a marketing-oriented role, ideally in sales, field marketing, or business-to-business contexts.
• Proficient in sales technologies and software including SalesForce and Tableau.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and develop cross-functional account relationships.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past 3 years.
• Reliable vehicle or willingness to secure a vehicle suitable for daily work use.
• Ability to maintain focus and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Able to climb and work at heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet.
• Ability to access and operate in limited and confined spaces.
• Skilled in visually inspecting and manipulating merchandise and advertising displays.
• Capable of frequently stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to drive up to 100 miles per day.
• Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of relevant field sales experience preferred.
• Authorization to work for Juul Labs in the United States.
