This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to formulate a territory plan that aligns with IWP’s sales strategies and objectives aimed at surpassing quotas.
• Seek out and develop new business relationships utilizing various sales techniques such as networking, cold-calling, and leveraging marketing data.
• Identify and engage with decision-makers and influencers to secure support for IWP’s distinctive value proposition.
• Assess current accounts for unmet needs and service gaps to offer suggested solutions that enhance referral generation.
• Articulate the value proposition for services through face-to-face sales presentations and electronic communications directed at potential referral sources.
• Evaluate initial referral sources and devise strategies to foster increased referrals.
• Successfully close self-generated business opportunities.
• Acquire additional referrals by cultivating robust business relationships with the existing client base.
• Establish a client referral network to enhance the new account closing ratio.
• Oversee and expand a designated sales territory.
• Participate in quarterly and annual business planning sessions with the Director of Regional Sales.
• Engage in networking to build effective working relationships across diverse industries, including healthcare, medical devices, local unions, and patient advocacy organizations.
• Fulfill all administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting, travel coordination, Salesforce upkeep, and other tasks as required.
• Work in conjunction with Home Office Support teams on all matters linked to the sales role.
• Travel overnight within the Regional Territory, necessitating three (3) days per week in the field with direct reports.
• A minimum of two years of experience (preferably 5+ years in B2B outside sales) in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• A proven track record of increasing sales production year over year.
• Recognized as a top producer with documented sales achievements and awards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with established key strategic partners or opinion leaders.
• Expert knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, presentation skills, commitment acquisition, and negotiation.
• High levels of self-motivation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to build customer relationships and deliver suitable levels of customer service.
• Proficiency in various software applications.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally (25% to 35%), including participation in regional and national sales meetings.
