This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Responsible for promoting Aroa’s soft tissue repair portfolio within the US Acute and Non-Acute markets.
• Accountable for achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Collaborating with sales support teams and sales and marketing leadership to drive growth and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in medical sales, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• At least three years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business context.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, including knowledge of operating room and outpatient clinic settings.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication, with the ability to influence and engage various stakeholders.
• A proactive and self-driven mindset, along with a readiness to take initiative and deliver results.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to shifting priorities.
• High learning agility, with the ability to quickly acquire technical and clinical knowledge.
• Exceptional organizational and process management abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven capability to handle multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
