This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Conduct pre-scheduled onsite photo inspections while documenting measurements, conditions, damages, access limitations, and job specifications.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and oversee qualified subcontracted installers and local contractor partners.
• Cultivate relationships with local contractors to expand the contractor network.
• Drive sales and supply clients and network partners with up-to-date information.
• Meet sales objectives through meetings and KPIs with support from the office team.
• Oversee job sites throughout fulfillment and window replacement processes.
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, customer expectations, and issue resolution from assignment to completion.
• Monitor job health, revenue recognition, project margins, labor expenses, material selection, ordering precision, changing conditions, and closeout documentation.
• Manage subcontracted labor teams to ensure timely and effective project completion.
• Act as a liaison between management, clients, and labor sources to guarantee quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project details to customers, insurance adjusters, and carrier representatives.
• Manage territory KPIs and promote a successful, profitable territory.
• Establish supplier relationships to enhance material pricing, sourcing, availability, and identification.
• Oversee multiple job sites and potentially superintendents while managing construction projects.
• Execute territory management duties throughout the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; or trade apprenticeship/journeyman certifications, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
• 2 to 4 years of residential construction experience and/or equivalent training is necessary.
• Fundamental understanding of residential construction and repair techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Verisk is advantageous.
• General computer literacy and processing capabilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, laptops, tablets, mobile apps, CRM systems, and web-based project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A keen intellectual curiosity and a desire to assist others in solving problems.
• Adaptable and willing to take necessary actions.
• Dependable high-speed broadband internet service at home.
• Valid US driver’s license is required; MVR, background checks, and drug screenings will be conducted.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs, handle ladders, walk on roofs with varying pitches, and work comfortably in construction settings.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50–75% within assigned regions, including realistically 3–4 nights per month away from home.
