This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Engage with customers during onsite inspections in designated territories.
• Conduct pre-scheduled onsite photo inspections and document measurements, conditions, damages, access constraints, and job specifications.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and oversee qualified subcontracted installers and local contractor partners.
• Establish relationships with local contractors and enhance the contractor network.
• Drive sales and provide clients and network partners with up-to-date information.
• Ensure job-site oversight throughout the fulfillment and window replacement process.
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, customer expectations, and resolution of issues from assignment to completion.
• Collaborate with back-office teams to track revenue recognition, project margins, labor costs, material selections, ordering accuracy, change conditions, and closeout documentation.
• Oversee subcontracted labor crews to guarantee timely and effective job completion.
• Act as a liaison between management, customers, and labor sources to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project details to customers, insurance adjusters, and carrier personnel.
• Manage territory KPIs and cultivate a successful, profitable territory.
• Build relationships with local suppliers to enhance material pricing, sourcing, availability, and identification.
• Oversee multiple job sites and potentially superintendents while managing construction projects.
• Execute duties throughout the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; or trade apprenticeship/journeyman certifications or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in residential construction and/or equivalent training required.
• Basic understanding of residential construction and repair methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Verisk is advantageous.
• General computer skills and computer literacy are essential.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, laptops, tablets, mobile applications, CRM systems, and web-based project tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to assist others in solving problems.
• Flexible and willing to do what is necessary to achieve high-quality work.
• Reliable high-speed broadband home internet service is required.
• Valid US driver’s license is mandatory; MVR, background, and drug screenings will be conducted.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving 50 lbs, carrying and manipulating ladders, walking roofs of various pitches, and working comfortably in construction environments.
• Ability to travel approximately 50–75% in assigned regions, including 3–4 nights away from home each month.
