This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Conduct pre-scheduled on-site photo inspections and document measurements, conditions, damages, access limitations, and job specifications.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and oversee qualified subcontracted installers and local contractor partners.
• Cultivate relationships with local contractors to expand the contractor network.
• Drive sales and provide clients and network partners with up-to-date information.
• Oversee job sites throughout the window replacement process.
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, customer expectations, and issue resolution from assignment to completion.
• Monitor revenue recognition, project margins, labor costs, material selections, ordering accuracy, change conditions, and closeout documentation.
• Manage subcontracted labor crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs.
• Serve as a liaison between management, customer communications, and labor sources to maintain quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project details to customers, insurance adjusters, and carrier personnel.
• Oversee territory KPIs and promote a successful, profitable territory.
• Establish relationships with local suppliers to enhance material pricing, sourcing, availability, and identification.
• Manage multiple job sites and potentially superintendents while executing construction jobs.
• Carry out territory management functions throughout the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; or trade apprenticeship/journeyman certifications, or a combination of education and/or experience is required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in residential construction and/or equivalent training is required.
• Basic understanding of residential construction and repair methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Verisk is a bonus.
• General computer skills and computer literacy are necessary.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, laptops, tablets, mobile applications, CRM systems, and web-based project tools is expected.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Possess strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to help others solve problems.
• Flexible and willing to do what is necessary to achieve high-quality work.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work culture.
• Reliable high-speed broadband internet service at home is required.
• A valid US driver’s license is necessary; MVR, background checks, and drug screenings are required.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving 50 lbs, carrying and manipulating ladders, walking on roofs of various pitches, and working comfortably in construction environments.
• Approximately 50–75% travel required within assigned regions.
