Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, dependability, and a focus on execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Act as a reliable field partner by delivering exceptional customer service to store teams and upholding Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.

• Execute daily coverage by conducting store visits that adhere to Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing Excellence, which includes taking display photos and documenting actions through DMI & Sales force.

• Implement promotional displays to ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintain high visibility for our brands.

• Follow the assigned schedules by executing daily priorities established by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective coverage of the territory.

• Assist with seasonal transitions by supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and prominent promotional events.

• Build and nurture relationships with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to facilitate smooth execution and collaboration.

• Support capability building by reinforcing foundational skills and aiding in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to enhance field capabilities.

• Prepare for future leadership roles by developing operational, communication, and problem-solving skills that create a solid foundation for advancement into management positions.

• Maintain safety and compliance by embracing the physical aspects of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving products—while adhering to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies to ensure responsible driving throughout the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule is required, including weekends.

• Ability to travel across assigned markets.

• Capability to perform physical activities such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.
