Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Transform staffing shortages into dependable, high-quality execution

• Offer hands-on assistance to Merchandisers and Order Writers

• Maintain operational uniformity and uphold brand execution standards

• Ensure stores remain in alignment with company expectations

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and dependability

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams

• Carry out daily coverage by completing store visits

• Implement promotional displays to guarantee compliance

• Adhere to schedules assigned by the District Manager

• Assist with seasonal transitions and the launch of new products

• Establish and nurture relationships with store personnel

• Support capability development and onboarding of new Merchandisers

• Foster leadership skills daily

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required

• Must be able to travel across assigned markets

• Capable of performing physical activities such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.
