Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative of Mondelēz in retail locations, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and excellence in execution while assisting Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Provide exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct daily store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Document execution and capture display photos using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays according to plans negotiated with RTM.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist in the launch of new products, seasonal merchandising efforts, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Support foundational skill reinforcement and help onboard new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential management advancement.

• Engage in physical activities such as lifting, bending, and moving products while complying with safety, operational, and company vehicle policies.

• Travel within assigned markets to ensure comprehensive territory coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possession of a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A college degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Capability to travel across assigned markets.

• Ability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting of over 50 lbs.

• Capacity to push, pull, and perform various physical tasks.

• Proficiency in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Confidence in using mobile tools and applications.

• Adaptability and initiative in addressing coverage needs and store challenges.

• Effective time and task management skills.

• Physical readiness for the demands of the role.

• Ability to reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding processes.
