This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee sales activities at the territory level, acting as the main point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies through the dissemination of approved clinical information.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant company, industry, and governmental laws and regulations.
• Meet both short-term and long-term sales goals by recognizing customer needs and offering effective solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), medical practices, and hospitals/clinics.
• Develop expertise in the territory by gaining comprehensive insights into the market, customers, products, and competitors.
• Successfully participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
• Strategically identify and implement methods to prioritize patients and customers effectively.
• Exhibit strong analytical and planning capabilities.
• Engage in field coaching sessions.
• Collaborate effectively and ensure continuous communication and tactical coordination.
• A Bachelor's degree is required (an advanced degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the Rare Disease sector within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, showcasing successful outcomes.
• Experience in neurology, encompassing both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Background in oncology is essential.
• Proven track record of selling in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a history of embracing technology is necessary.
• A thorough understanding of the Neurology/Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and managed care processes.
• Demonstrates high integrity and an exceptional work ethic, fostering mutual trust and respect.
