Territory Business Manager – Diabetes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Meeting the sales targets set for specific territories or geographical areas.

• Conducting efficient fieldwork without the need for direct daily supervision.

• Reporting field activities daily using the designated online system.

• Adhering to Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency norms for the assigned division.

• Maximizing prescription generation and enhancing market share.

• Promoting the products of the division in alignment with the established strategy.

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.).

• Supporting the development of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc/B. Pharma degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Recent graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.

• Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area.

• Applicants from multinational corporations and leading Indian pharmaceutical companies will have an added advantage.

• Must possess fluent and confident communication skills.
