This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Meeting the sales targets assigned for specific territories or geographic areas.
• Conducting effective fieldwork without the need for daily supervision.
• Reporting field activities daily through the designated online system.
• Adhering to Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms for the assigned division.
• Maximizing prescription generation and enhancing market share.
• Promoting the Division’s products following the established strategy.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Assisting in the development of strategies.
• Minimum educational qualification: BSc/B. Pharma.
• Required experience/training: 2+ years in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
• Candidates with previous or current experience in the same therapeutic area.
• Preference for candidates from multinational corporations and top Indian pharmaceutical companies.
• Must be fluent and confident in communication.
• Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day).
