Territory Business Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, various healthcare professionals, administrative staff in offices/hospitals, and durable medical equipment providers to encourage the prescription of Dexcom products to their patients.

• Educate healthcare professionals on the utilization of Dexcom products and assist in their integration into practice.

• Serve as a representative for Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibitions, promoting Dexcom products to a wide-ranging diabetes community.

• Deliver product education to pharmacies within the designated territory.

• Work in partnership with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to drive sales growth within the territory.

• Accountable for achieving assigned territory sales goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with district and territory sales teams to meet sales objectives and key performance indicators.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and maintain a satisfactory driving record as defined by company policy.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule is required, including evenings and weekends.

• Preferred candidates will have prior experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of high sales success.

• Knowledge of diabetes as a disease state is advantageous.
