Senior Manager, Loan Review – C&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Performing credit risk evaluations on loan portfolios for Raymond James Bank and TriState Capital Bank.

• Reviewing loans according to risk assessment results as a part of the Bank’s ongoing monitoring program.

• Assessing loans to ensure compliance with the Bank’s credit underwriting standards, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Creating quantitative analyses to evaluate credit risk at the portfolio level.

• Conducting independent loan reviews to determine the creditworthiness of borrowers.

• Analyzing financial statements to confirm that the risk rating is accurate.

• Engaging in discussions about deficiencies and identified weaknesses with loan officers and managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending.

• Experience in credit/loan review and/or a similar role that demands extensive business knowledge and sound credit judgment.
