This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the key commercial advisor for a designated portfolio of operators and hotels.
• Perform structured performance evaluations with ownership and operator leadership teams.
• Convert corporate commercial strategies into actionable initiatives at the property level.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and performance enhancements.
• Deliver clear, data-supported recommendations that align with owner return goals.
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics such as RevPAR, RGI, ADR, occupancy rates, channel mix, and segmentation trends.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to refine pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Assist in optimizing distribution, focusing on channel contributions, OTA strategies, and growth in direct digital sales.
• Promote the use of Hyatt’s revenue tools and commercial platforms.
• Mentor General Managers, Directors of Sales, and Revenue Leaders on commercial best practices.
• Lead performance workshops and portfolio review sessions.
• Over 7 years of experience in a similar field, industry, or equivalent business/function role.
• Proven expertise in revenue management, sales strategies, and distribution techniques.
• Strong financial literacy with the capability to analyze P&L statements and ownership return metrics.
• Experience in presenting to ownership groups or senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
