This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Meeting the sales targets assigned for specific territories or regions.
• Conducting effective fieldwork independently without direct supervision on a daily basis.
• Reporting field activities daily through the designated online system.
• Adhering to the norms for Meeting Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency for the assigned division.
• Maximizing prescriptions and enhancing market share.
• Promoting the division’s products in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Assisting in the development of strategic plans.
• Serving as a strong Brand Ambassador.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (BSc/B. Pharma).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
• Candidates with previous or current experience in the same therapeutic area are preferred.
• Individuals from multinational corporations and leading Indian pharmaceutical companies will have an added advantage.
• Must be fluent and confident in communication.
