This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Assist in implementing Diversey cleaning and sanitation initiatives while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customer end users, supervisors, and management personnel.
• Comply with EHS policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Set up chemical dispensing systems and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform regular site visits to assess program effectiveness and customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain customer equipment and carry out repairs on leased dish machines and other devices.
• Educate customers on the operation of equipment, cleaning protocols, product usage, and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Oversee on-site inventory and assist with order placement and program adherence.
• Identify customer issues, resolve them, and gather feedback.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment and system performance.
• Manage inventory within company vehicles and storage locations.
• Complete service, installation, survey, and routine visit reports using Salesforce FSL and customer reporting systems.
• Submit timesheets, follow up on parts and equipment orders, document usage, and coordinate weekly visits with the manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of field service experience, including maintenance of industrial equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling cleaning solutions or equipment to clients in hospitality or food service sectors.
• Willingness to accommodate emergency business needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps, and mobile applications.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Capability to drive long distances as required.
• Ability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs and perform detailed tasks in confined or limited spaces.
• Safe and effective handling of hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding.
• Proven skills in plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and departments.
• Experience with Salesforce FSL is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and NEHA/CPFS or Serve Safe certifications is preferred.
