This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Expanding current accounts by implementing cross-selling and up-selling strategies while minimizing churn.
• Cultivating robust relationships with key decision-makers in Operations, Health & Safety, Procurement, Sustainability, and other departments.
• Achieving revenue, margin, and retention goals.
• Providing customer support through on-site visits and maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborating closely with National and Internal Account Teams to guarantee consistent service delivery.
• Overseeing pipeline management, forecasting, and account information in Salesforce.
• Utilizing remote service tools and performing minor on-site adjustments as necessary.
• Experience in territory account management.
• Demonstrated success in cross-selling, up-selling, and generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional planning and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving license.
• Experience within the cleaning and hygiene sector is a plus.
