This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and manage a systematic approach to assess the opportunities presented by partners — evaluating market demand, determining suitability, and generating clear recommendations for investment decisions that prioritize impactful areas.
• Oversee the complete opportunity assessment process: calculate deal value (volume, TCO/ROI, FTE displacement), assess both commercial and technical feasibility, and prioritize opportunities according to our strategic goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify which deals and accounts should be prioritized and expedited, translating this into a transparent, shared pipeline view for partners and internal teams to act upon.
• Establish the commercial and technical resources necessary for partners to independently qualify, sell, and implement — including pricing guidance, playbooks, demo materials, qualification criteria, and onboarding processes.
• Create an appropriate framework for each partnership — defining roles, commercial terms, hand-offs, and SLAs — and ensure its operationalization across various branches and teams involved.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Deployments to prioritize accounts, sequence project delivery, and ensure that the deals we commit to progress from signed agreements to active status.
• Maintain a unified source of truth for the partner pipeline and opportunity status, conducting regular meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, partnerships, or a commercial/GTM role where you were responsible for analysis and decision-making — not merely execution.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills — capable of sizing a market or deal, constructing a straightforward model (TCO, ROI, unit economics), and swiftly transforming complex inputs into clear go/no-go recommendations.
• Strategic acumen — able to quickly identify the genuine value within a deal and comfortable rejecting opportunities that do not justify the effort.
• Excellent communicator, both internally and externally — capable of aligning leadership, sales, deployments, and partners around common priorities, both in writing and in person.
• Highly organized and methodical — you implement processes and systems to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing partner pipelines effectively.
• Confident in managing cross-functional execution — coordinating efforts across sales, deployments, and external partners to ensure prioritized deals are successfully delivered.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Comprehensive Benefits - Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
• Opportunity to work at a rapidly growing AI startup.
• Ownership & Autonomy - Full ownership of projects with fast shipping capabilities.
• Top-Tier Compensation - Competitive salary plus equity in a high-growth startup.
• Work With the Best - Join an elite team of engineers and builders.
