This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee, expand, and strategically enhance key accounts within the agricultural sector.
• Accountable for revenue, sales volume, and budget objectives in the Northern Germany sales region.
• Identify and engage new clients in both the trade and agricultural markets.
• Formulate and execute business plans in collaboration with distribution partners.
• Perform market, competitor, and opportunity assessments to boost B2B and major account sales.
• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Organize and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Address complaints and manage warranty issues.
• Conduct regular reporting and analysis of sales-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Act on behalf of the Sales Manager AS DACH when necessary.
• You possess a commercial vocational qualification complemented by a technical background, along with substantial knowledge of business administration.
• Several years of pertinent experience in sales or field sales, ideally in agricultural tires or agricultural machinery technology.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• An analytical mindset paired with strong numerical abilities.
• Solid knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery and agricultural tires is preferred.
• Proficient in German and possess very good English skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong sales-oriented mindset and a high degree of customer focus.
• Quick learner with the ability to maintain clarity in complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Resilient character who remains productive under pressure.
• Able to work independently, in an organized and goal-driven manner.
• A committed team player who actively contributes to collective success.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business using a company car.
