This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the key support for our Head of Creator Management - you will receive training from them, collaborate to enhance workflows, and foster connections with their portfolio of creators.
• In the long term, oversee a targeted portfolio of legacy, high-touch creators who necessitate a personalized, relationship-centric approach.
• Function as the main point of contact for these creators — manage incoming inquiries, proactively engage, and anticipate their requirements.
• Shadow and receive direct training from the current relationship owner; absorb all the intricacies of these accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) on behalf of these creators.
• Keep comprehensive records of relationship history, preferences, and ongoing commitments.
• Identify risks, blockers, or opportunities at an early stage — ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Prior experience in account management, creator management, talent management, or a comparable client-facing role.
• A person who is deeply engaged in the creator landscape and knowledgeable about creator monetization strategies.
• Exceptionally organized and dependable — you ensure follow-ups, complete tasks, and do not let anything slip through the cracks.
• A natural relationship-builder — you thrive on getting to know people intimately and being genuinely helpful to them.
