This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Review tender documents to grasp customer requirements and scope.
β’ Prepare precise and competitive quotations through cost analysis and benchmarks.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect technical and commercial inputs.
β’ Oversee tender timelines to guarantee high-quality submissions that are on time.
β’ Evaluate bid opportunities and assist in making bid/no-bid decisions.
β’ Identify and analyze risks associated with bids, contracts, and estimates.
β’ Maintain clear and compliant documentation while conducting quality checks.
β’ Engage with customers to clarify requirements and enhance their experience.
β’ A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or preparation of quotations.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret technical and market data.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM software.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
β’ Keen attention to detail alongside robust organizational skills.
