Tender Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and assess tender documentation, specifications, and contractual obligations

• Identify project risks, opportunities, and key success factors

• Establish execution strategies, construction methodologies, and project delivery methods

• Contribute to innovative and value-engineered solutions that enhance proposal competitiveness

• Prepare and validate cost estimates that encompass labor, materials, subcontracting, equipment, logistics, and site operations

• Assist in developing pricing strategies and commercial proposals

• Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Engage in technical and commercial clarifications and negotiations

• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams

• Ensure alignment of technical solutions, schedules, budgets, and execution plans

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering, Estimation, or Bid Management within an industrial EPC setting

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial piping, mechanical systems, energy, process industries, or industrial construction

• Analytical mindset coupled with excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams
