This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• Monitor and evaluate tender alerts to pinpoint opportunities that align with Merit Medical’s product offerings.

• Prepare and submit persuasive, compliant tender applications through web portals or email.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to devise pricing strategies and ensure timely and accurate submissions.

• Enter awarded tenders into our Oracle system and guarantee full compliance with contractual requirements.

• Keep e-catalogues and product classifications current and precise.

• Analyze contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends.

• Work together with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure all submissions are complete and compliant.

• Proactively notify Sales of upcoming tender renewals to facilitate timely customer engagement.

• Contribute to various projects designed to improve and streamline our internal processes.

• Provide support with additional tasks and assist colleagues across regions as necessary.

• Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Results-driven with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.

• Proficient in both Italian and English.
