Temporary Sales Specialist III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Support the internal facets of sales and renewal processes that do not require independent direct solicitation or decision-making regarding quotes, new sales, or renewals.

• Offer communication assistance to both internal and external Sales teams.

• Evaluate inquiries to better understand customer requirements.

• Identify problems and establish corrective actions.

• Log customer inquiries and actions within a tracking system.

• Review documents and correspondence for completeness.

• Obtain missing information in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Input customer information accurately.

• Clarify benefits, eligibility criteria, and grievance/appeal processes.

• Manage emails, production queues, calls, and correspondence effectively.

• Prioritize follow-up actions.

• Generate written correspondence and handle document requests.

• Keep files and records updated with changing customer information.

• Address increasingly complex inquiries.

• Conduct thorough research and problem-solving for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of customer service experience or a comparable mix of education and work experience.

• Proven capability to utilize MS Office products and other corporate software.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Polite telephone etiquette.

• Ability to interpret policies and procedures and communicate them effectively.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.

• Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly preferred.

• Background check mandated.

• Availability from 9/1/2026 to 3/31/27.

• A wired internet connection that is neither satellite nor cellular, with a minimum upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 10Mb.
