• Identify and recruit candidates for diverse customer support positions, aligned with client location requirements.
• Discover and leverage various sourcing channels.
• Demonstrated ability to post job opportunities on relevant job boards, as well as social and professional platforms.
• Use daily tracking tools to deliver real-time updates to Project Managers and Account Managers regarding candidate progress and fulfillment efforts.
• Communicate any obstacles or issues to the PM and the Recruiting leadership team.
• Ensure that all pertinent compliance documents are distributed in accordance with MSQ recruiting protocols, including NDAs, Language Tests, Background Screens, and other related paperwork.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for candidates to People Operations, following guidance from the Services team.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Recruiting Manager to evaluate supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain data integrity within ATS folders.
• Act as a primary ambassador for ModSquad and its culture.
• Continuously enhance the collection of contractor resumes for client engagement work to build the MOD reserve pool availability.
• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a call center, high-volume environment, and/or RPO.
• Practical sourcing experience across various global markets.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to remain productive in a fast-paced and change-oriented environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based setting.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, ICIMS, etc.).
• Familiarity with online tools (such as Slack, Asana, Zendesk, Google applications) is beneficial.
