Physician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute the recruitment screening, referral, and placement processes for qualified candidates.

• Serve as a resource for both employees and managers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand position requirements.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to assess recruiting needs.

• Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with hiring leaders to ensure service excellence and recruitment expertise.

• The recruiter is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire recruitment process.

• Utilize comprehensive recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, and sending applicant offers, including SimonMed New Hire Packets.

• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and supervise any necessary testing.

• Coordinate the hiring and orientation processes for new hires.

• Manage the applicant-tracking database, process and screen applicants, and analyze their eligibility and qualifications for hire.

• Facilitate the transfer process for internal candidates.

• Provide prompt customer service to both internal and external applicants.

• Act as a resource for employees and managers regarding the application of personnel policies and procedures.

• Report to the HR Director on relevant developments, concerns, and issues within the recruitment process.

• Serve as a consultant on recruitment matters for filling positions.

• Deliver timely customer service to managers and staff.

• Depend on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.

• Assist in daily HR functions.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Two years of experience in a related field.
