This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Assist the Entertainment Director in creating presentations and decks for potential talent bookings and editorial opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with editorial, social, photo, and video teams to manage talent logistics, which includes availability, sizing, glam preferences, scheduling, and shooting requirements.
β’ Work alongside Marketing on the execution of ELLEβs Women in Hollywood event, encompassing talent bookings, presenter needs, scheduling, and event logistics.
β’ Keep precise talent tracking sheets for photo shoots, Women in Hollywood, and various entertainment initiatives.
β’ Handle scheduling, email follow-ups, and communications on behalf of the Entertainment Director.
β’ Monitor multiple talent-related workflows and deadlines while communicating essential details and next steps.
β’ Attend screenings as necessary.
β’ At least 1 year of relevant experience in supporting entertainment, editorial, talent booking, events, or a related field.
β’ Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to prioritize competing demands while remaining detail-oriented in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
β’ Enthusiasm for editorial culture and a working knowledge of entertainment trends in film, television, music, and broader culture.
β’ Experience in talent booking, assistance, or within the entertainment industry is preferred.
β’ A collaborative and proactive mindset with sound judgment when dealing with time-sensitive talent information and logistics.
