Temporary Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to OLLY’s customers through efficient and thorough communication with customers and retailers regarding inquiries, issue resolution, and more.

• Collaborate and work across various functions with the Sales team, Finance, and the entire Olly supply chain.

• Manage the complete cycle of customer orders using EDI and Microsoft D365 (ERP), effectively troubleshooting any ad hoc issues that may arise.

• Partner with 3PL to effectively oversee finished goods inventory, ensuring successful fulfillment levels for customer orders.

• Assist in the setup of customer and item data.

• Help with Bills of Materials, manage UPC creation, and complete customer-specific data hubs (Salsify).

• Collaborate with the S&OP Manager to identify orders at risk of “cuts” and manage allocations. Regularly monitor open orders, available inventory, and aged inventory based on business needs.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new customers by completing “new item” requests, acquiring Routing Guides, and providing timely updates and reports.

• Compile metrics and relevant KPIs to track customer service performance effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in customer service, with a preference for CPG and inventory management experience.

• Strong business acumen with a foundational understanding of warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving: ability to foresee potential issues and take the initiative to resolve them promptly.

• Open, honest communicator who is a great listener and can interpret underlying messages.

• Quick learner who can adapt to a changing environment, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Excel and possesses strong mathematical skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
