• Develop and communicate incentive plans for sales associates and leaders.

• Oversee the incentive budget management.

• Facilitate huddles to foster enthusiasm.

• Actively engage with employees through chat platforms.

• Formulate and implement strategies to motivate sales agents.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with sales agents.

• Provide training to sales agents on product knowledge and compliance standards.

• Track sales agent performance and offer constructive feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams.
