This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Assists in the planning, execution, and volunteer recruitment for events such as galas, luncheons, and auctions within a designated regional portfolio.
• Provides on-site staffing support for market and regional events, ensuring that all logistical components are addressed.
• Creates event materials, including but not limited to donor briefings, run of shows, event layouts, and lists of participants and volunteers.
• Aids in the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of volunteers for events, acting as the primary contact for them.
• Assists with vendor coordination, encompassing the management of event supplies.
• Monitors inventory and guarantees prompt delivery and setup of event materials.
• Collaborates across departments with regional development coordinators.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, fundraising, or customer service, ideally within a nonprofit or development context.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing calendars, tracking deadlines, and maintaining precise records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail in correspondence and data entry.
• Capable of handling confidential information with care and professionalism.
• Comfortable assisting with event logistics, donor mailings, and general office responsibilities.
• Team-oriented attitude with a readiness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
