• Establishing daily operations and rhythm

• Reporting & transparency to the Sales Director

• Ensuring CRM hygiene and data discipline

• Metrics-driven Team Lead

• Experienced in coaching

• Capable of managing 6+ remote operators simultaneously

• Familiar with the logic of consultative calling

• Proficient CRM user
