Telesales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conducting outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists

• Clearly and persuasively presenting products and services

• Assessing leads, addressing objections, and maintaining consistent follow-up

• Accurately recording all activities in the CRM

• Achieving individual KPIs and contributing to team sales objectives

• Providing market insights and customer feedback to the sales manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound telesales or phone-based sales

• Ability to handle high-volume call days — this role is outbound-focused

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a professional phone demeanor

• Familiarity with CRM systems (any — training on the specific system will be provided)

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet working environment
